Service Description

For those of you who are struggling to release weight. This service is best for those who have trouble trusting they know how to release weight on their own and want more support. I will analyze your current diet and will develop specific weight loss nutrition plan. This is for those who want to lose weight quickly, however, you may not wish to carry on eating only the foods in your protocol, so after you have lost weight I will guide you to maintain your goal weight while reintroducing the foods you love most.

Cancellation Policy

For appointment cancellations, please contact me at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time to avoid being charged.
